What should I do if I cannot access the website?

Access the site with “https” (i.e., https://advancedreviewpractice.com/). Insert your username and password into the URL.
If you still cannot access the website, clear your browse cache then close the browser and reopen it.
Clear your browser cache in the following cases:
- If you get logged out while taking the test.
- If you cannot download the PDFs from the Test Results page.
- If you have registered but cannot log in (make sure that you have completed the registration process).
- If the page appears distorted.
- Before you take a test.
Email us if you still cannot access the website after clearing your browser cache.
